Nooshin Nabizadeh

Nooshin is an AI Solution Architect at Intel. She has about a decade of experience in the field of Machine Learning and Computer Vision, and has worked on a variety of projects including design and development of a deep neural network to improve the OPC process in electronic design, detection and labeling of disks and vertebrae in spine MRI images, brain MRI image processing for detection and segmentation of different lesions (tumor, stroke, and blood trauma), creating a drug target ontology in cancer study, and face recognition and facial expression recognition. She is also a lecturer at San Jose State University teaching Machine Learning courses. She received her Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Miami in 2015. Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and Data Mining.
